ASA can be cut smoothly with ZO-91 and ZO-95 with any blades for 1mm thickness max. Compared with ABS, it needs little power to cut, and it melts larger.

ABS can be cut smoothly with ZO-91 and ZO-95 with any blades for 1mm thickness max. Compared with ABS, it needs little power to cut, and the part where it cut might collapsed into tiny pieces.
To make cut surface clean, Thin blade ZH14 or Thin long blade ZH16 are recommended. (can be cut smoothly with ZO-91 and ZO-95 with any blades for 2mm thickness max)

2 types of blades which uses for welding.

1. Welding blade ZH38/ For Vinyl, Plastic, etc.

2. Welding bar ZH54/ For Vinyl, Plastic, etc.

Needs Bar anchor ZH53 to use ZH54

Those blades are not set in units initially.
Depends on the material’s thickness, it might not be welded strongly.

Polish

There are 2 types of grinding stones which uses for polishing.

1. Grinding stone ZH24, ZH26~32, ZH51/ For Vinyl, Plastic, etc.

Grinding stone bar ZH55~63/ For Vinyl, Plastic, etc. (Cannot use with ZO-95)
Need Bar anchor ZH53 to use grinding stone bar

All metallic materials are applicable.

Can be used only with Normal power mode
Not to be used with ZO-95

Blade vibration might be weakened when it has pressed strongly to working material

Do not use S-High and High mode for long time or as regularly. Because it loads largely, it shortens a life of unit.

“Continuous activation time” starts count when ultrasonic power has turned ON, and the time keeps accumulates even if power mode has switched. When the unit has turned OFF, the time will be reset.
