Ultra Cutter Zo series -95 Professional Model

40,000 ultrasonic vibrations per second with non-audible sound to assist in reducing the friction during the cutting process.Cutting modes can be switched by the output mode switch. Normal mode runs for about 10 minutes. High mode runs for about only 5 minutes due to rapid temperature rise. A temperature sensor is equipped inside of the hand-piece. In case the temperature rises, it stops the ultrasonic vibration and oscillation light blinks.

Plastic scale models, military models, railway models, mini4WD, figure, dioramas, dollhouse, gourd hole drilling, cartonnage, cardboard craft, deburring in garage kit production, printed circuit board pattern modification, white metal and wood cutting in sailing ship model making.

• A mode switch provides Normal (runs for about 10 mins) High(5 mins) Super High modes. 
• Automatic shutoff after 10 minutes of operation
• S-High mode cuts 1.5 times faster than the ZO-91 in High mode - 2mm (0.079in)  thick acrylic with a force of 2 kgs (2.205lbs)

Plastic : ABS, Acryl (PMMA), Nylon – Polyamide (PA), Polyamide, (PA) – Nylon, Polycarbonate (PC), Polyethylene (PE), Polylactic, Acid (PLA), Polypropylene (PP) and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC).

Carbon, cardboard, cloth, epoxy resin, fossil, goard, gypsum, leather, metal, paper, paronia (Foam sheet), plasticine, polyurethane, silicone and wood.

ZO series can not cut stone, glass , metal or soft materials (rubber, cloth, etc.)・etc.

• Wood: burns when the vibrated blade contacted for long time. Do not use for thick wood and for long time work.
• Rubber : Depends on the rubber’s softness, soft material absorbs blade vibration, and it loses sharpness.
